Welcome to Zimbabwe Errands. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Zimbabwe Errands that govern your use of the websites, applications, and other offerings from Zimbabwe Errands.

Zimbabwe Errands connects people who want to outsource errands ("Posters") with people who want to earn money by completing errands ("Runners"). By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Prohibited Items and Errands

Users may not use the platform to transport or facilitate the exchange of:

• Illegal drugs or narcotics.
• Firearms, weapons, or ammunition.
• Stolen goods.
• Hazardous materials.
• Any item prohibited by the laws of Zimbabwe.

3. User Conduct

You agree to treat other users with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in immediate account suspension. You also agree to provide accurate information regarding the details of errands.

4. Account Termination

We may, in our discretion, with or without cause, with or without prior notice and at any time, decide to limit, suspend, deactivate or cancel your Zimbabwe Errands Account.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Zimbabwe Errands disclaims all representations and warranties, express, implied, or statutory, not expressly set out in these terms.
